       Compass House is of Victorian design and construction, The whole building has recently been converted into a "high tech" office complex specifically designed to meet the needs of a busy modern office. The complex also provides facilities within the building including message taking facility, as well as the use of the private conference room. Every office is cleaned every normal working day (mornings Monday - Friday) and the on-site office maintenance team deals with the cleaning of the common areas and security provisions. A state of the art CCTV system and automatic controlled gates ensure a high level of security, while still providing a 24/7/365 access policy to all authorised tenant key holders.
