The Challenge

Following a major rebrand and office relocation, Boxxe PLC set out to create a flagship headquarters that reflected its leadership in IT infrastructure and technology solutions.

The new space needed to support a workforce of over 200 employees while enabling modern, flexible working practices — particularly in response to increased demand for remote collaboration during the Covid pandemic.

Key requirements included:

  • • Seamless hybrid meeting environments

  • • A dedicated studio space for content and communication

  • • Building-wide digital signage and room booking

  • • Integrated workplace technology, including sound masking and lighting control

  • • A future-proof, scalable system aligned with the company’s technology-led identity

Our Solution

Working closely with Boxxe’s internal project team and Building Interiors, Nuway delivered a fully integrated AV and communications platform across the entire headquarters.

A high-performance audio system was implemented to support full-capacity live performances, alongside a secondary configuration for smaller, segmented events. Large-format projection and visual systems were integrated to support conferencing and presentation use, ensuring clarity across all layouts.

Hybrid meeting spaces were standardised throughout the building, providing consistent, easy-to-use environments for both in-person and remote collaboration. A dedicated “Studio A” space was created to support internal communications, content creation and broadcast-style output.

Digital signage and room booking systems were deployed across the office to enhance communication and improve space management, while integrated sound masking and lighting control contributed to a more comfortable and productive working environment.

The entire system was designed as a connected, future-ready platform, ensuring scalability as the business continues to grow.

Close collaboration during the design and installation phases ensured seamless integration with the building infrastructure, allowing for efficient delivery and a high-quality finish throughout.

The Result

Boxxe now operates from a technologically advanced headquarters that fully supports hybrid working, internal communication and day-to-day collaboration. The integration of studio capability, digital communication tools and consistent meeting room technology has created a workplace that is both highly functional and aligned with the company’s forward-thinking identity.

With ongoing support and training, the system continues to deliver long-term value, ensuring staff can fully utilise the technology and adapt as working practices evolve.
