The Challenge
Fingal County Council required a major upgrade to its chamber facilities following an increase in elected members from 24 to 40, placing new demands on both capacity and technology.
The existing conferencing system, in place for over 14 years, no longer met the Council’s operational or technological requirements. The new system needed to:

Our Solution
Nuway designed and delivered a fully upgraded chamber conferencing and AV system, centred around a modern digital discussion platform from Televic.
The new system provides integrated microphone, voting, and delegate functionality, enabling structured discussions and secure, efficient decision-making. Designed to accommodate the increased number of councillors, the system ensures consistent audio clarity and ease of use across all positions within the chamber.
The platform was selected for its build quality, flexibility and ongoing development, ensuring long-term reliability and future scalability.
Working to a compressed programme, Nuway successfully delivered a fully bespoke system within a 12-week timeframe — from design through to on-site installation in Ireland.
