The Challenge
Following rapid business growth, O’Connor Utilities relocated to a newly refurbished flagship headquarters at Artemis House. The new space needed to support a wide range of functions — from executive meetings and daily collaboration to social and informal environments.
The client required an AV solution that would:

Our Solution
Working alongside Habit Action Interiors, Nuway delivered a fully integrated AV ecosystem across three floors of the new headquarters.
Meeting rooms were standardised using Microsoft Teams Room solutions with Crestron control, providing simple, one-touch meeting functionality. A QSC Q-SYS platform was deployed for audio processing and system integration, ensuring reliable performance across all spaces.
Throughout the office, Sony commercial displays, wireless presentation systems and digital signage were installed to support both collaboration and internal communication. Room booking panels were integrated to improve space management and visibility into scheduling.
In the building’s social areas, AV was used to create more engaging environments. A Christie video wall serves as a centrepiece in the bar area, supported by a background music system that enhances the overall atmosphere and usability of the space.
A robust network infrastructure underpins the system, ensuring all AV elements operate as part of a connected, scalable platform.
The Result
O’Connor Utilities now operates from a headquarters that fully supports its growth, culture and day-to-day operations. From intuitive hybrid meeting spaces to high-impact social areas, the AV system enhances communication, improves usability and creates a more engaging workplace environment.
Delivered on time and to a high specification, the solution provides a scalable foundation for future expansion — with further developments, including a broadcast studio, already underway.
