Veeva Systems required a modern, reliable AV solution for their UK headquarters in Oxford, supporting both training environments and day-to-day collaboration.

Our Solution
Working alongside Habit Action Interiors, Nuway delivered a cohesive AV solution across training and meeting spaces.
Training rooms were equipped with high-brightness BenQ 4K laser projection systems paired with recessed screens, ensuring clear, large-format visuals. Logitech Tap conferencing systems were integrated to support hybrid participation, while Extron signal management and Crestron control provide reliable performance and simple operation.
Smaller meeting rooms follow a Microsoft Teams Room approach, using LG displays and Logitech conferencing hardware to create consistent, easy-to-use collaboration spaces.
Across the wider office, LG digital signage displays and Avocor interactive touchscreens were installed within creative areas, supporting internal communication and collaborative working.

Veeva Systems now benefits from a clean, consistent and fully integrated AV environment that supports both training and everyday collaboration.
